Black History Month Arts, Education and Entertainment Family Festival-Manchester Middle School, 7401 Hull Street Rd. Noon 5 p.m.

Performances by R&B singer and songwriter Carlton Blount, Tiffany Jana in "The Maggie Walker Story," Youthful Voices of Faith, Ty-Rone's World, the Manchester Middle School Chorus, Manchester High School Dance Team, the Krewe, Line of David and A-Leawanna McKissick.

There will also be face painting, balloon art, games, displays from the Chesterfield County Police Department and the county's Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services, health-care screenings, local artists and authors, a vendor marketplace, door prizes and food.
