Watkins Centre green-lighted next week?
     Once again, the 800-acre Watkins Centre rezoning case is scheduled for the Chesterfield Board of Supervisors and the Planning Commission. If the planning panel gives its recommendation next Tuesday, the supervisors will hear the case the following day, Feb. 22.
