Shots fired into occupied vehicle at fast-food restaurant

Shots were fired into an occupied vehicle in the parking lot of Wendy's near Lake Harbour Drive on March 22. No one was injured. An eyewitness provided useful information, and police are continuing to investigate.

Between Sunday, March 26th and Tuesday, March 28th, a garage was broken into on Acorn Ridge Road twice. Neighbors observed the suspects in the area on Tuesday and called police. The same suspects attempted entry to multiple other homes in the neighborhood. The suspects were taken in to custody without incident.

A masked suspect entered the Autozone on Hull Street Rd. the morning of March 28 and approached a clerk, displaying a black gun. The suspect put the weapon to the clerk's side and told her to do what he said. The clerk screamed that they were being robbed which brought the store manager to the front of the store. According to police reports, the suspect had the manager attempt to open the cash register and when the manager was unable to do so, the suspect demanded they open the safe. Once the safe was opened, the suspect removed all of the currency and fled on a bicycle which was later found behind a nearby dumpster.

On March 21 the suspect forced entry into the occupied residence on Tuxford Road by removing a glass pane from a rear door to gain access to the door lock. Once inside, the suspect took a shower and attempted to sleep on a mat in the living room. When he entered a bedroom, the residents discovered him. While being detained by the police, the suspect assaulted one of the officers.

On March 19 beer was removed from a refrigerator in an unlocked garage on Wesanne Lane.
