The Chesterfield Police Department arrested two teenagers on Aug. 18 after they robbed a woman outside her Providencetown Road townhouse. Upon arriving home around 2 p.m. that day, the victim saw the two suspects coming from the side of her townhouse. As they approached her, she got back inside her vehicle and locked the doors. After the suspects passed by her vehicle, she got out of the car and headed toward her residence. The suspects then started to follow her. When they caught up to her, one suspect displayed a handgun while the other took her purse.
