Animal Control offers affordable rabies shots

The Chesterfield County Animal Control Division and the Chesterfield County Health Department will hold a rabies clinic on Sat., Sept. 23, from 1-3 p.m. at the Chesterfield County Fairgrounds in the Arts and Crafts Building, 10300 Courthouse Road.

Rabies vaccinations will be available for cats and dogs for $6 per animal. Pet owners are reminded that cats should be in carriers and dogs should be on leashes for safety purposes.
