Elli Morris/Chesterfield Observer The free rides for toll cheaters along Chesterfield County's portion of Powhite Parkway are almost over. The Virginia Department of Transportation recently installed cameras at the toll booths to catch motorists who speed through without paying a toll. The cameras are expected to go online mid-October.
