Eppington open on Oct. 7 to public

Eppington Heritage Day will be held Sat., Oct. 7 from 2-5 p.m. at Eppington Plantation, 14201 Epps Fall Road. Costumed interpreters will demonstrate 18th-century plantation life. House and grounds tours of the 1770s plantation, which is rarely open to the public, will be held. There also will be carriage rides and a live concert by the Chesterfield County Band.
