Greek Week
     Third grade students at Matoaca Elementary School completed their study of ancient Greece last week by participating in Greek Week. As part of the event, students dressed in chitons and held their own version of the Olympic Games with medals (left). The games included a Cotton Ball Toss (bottom).

     Two-year-old Mary Gioeli enjoys playing in the new Creek Crawl toddler soft play area that recently opened at Chesterfield Towne Center near the Dillard's fountain. It's the only play area in metro Richmond for toddlers only, and has a literacy theme.
