Lucy Corr Village hosts Miller Center Forum Springdale at Lucy Corr Village is a host site for two Miller Center Forum events later this month. The Miller Center Forum provides continuing education for the University of Virginia and the regional community through live web casts and C-SPAN broadcasts. Each week, the forum brings together leading experts and audiences for lively discussions of public policy topics. All broadcasts are open to the public. Seating is limited and can be reserved by calling Lucy Corr Village at 706-5712. The following broadcasts are scheduled: Wed., Oct. 25 Prisoners: A Muslim and a Jew across the Middle East Divide Jeffrey Goldberg, a correspondent for The New Yorker, joined the Israeli army and served as a prison guard at Ketziot, the largest jail in the Middle East. There, he began an extended dialogue with a prisoner named Rafiq, one of the PLO leaders in Ketziot. Their conversations, continued over years, demonstrate how their willingness to confront religious, cultural and political differences made a true (if tenuous) friendship possible. Mon., Oct. 30 U.S.-U.N. Relations Ambassador William H.
