Chesterfield should clean up litter, trash

Dear Editor,

Some years ago, I read that Chesterfield County was going to undertake an anti-litter campaign. To date, I fail to see any sign or signs of this campaign. Every traffic light seems to be turning into an ashtray, and as we travel the county roads we all see litter and occasionally see a homeowner's bag of trash that has not made it to the landfill. Maybe someone from the county will read this and take action.
