Rainbow of Arts Festival celebrates 30th anniversary

Rainbow of Arts, Sat., Sept. 15, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Rockwood Park, 3401 Courthouse Rd. Join the community in celebrating the 30th annual artsand craft s event cosponsored by the Chesterfield Jaycees and Chesterfield County Department of Parks and Recreation.
