Three suspects rob Country Place residents

Chesterfield police are looking for three black males who forced their way into a residence in the 1900 block of Millsap Lane in the Country Place subdivision on Nov. 30 and robbed the residents of alcohol, cigarettes and change. Police theorize the suspects may have followed one of the victims home from a nearby BP gas station on Robious Road.

At 7:50 p.m., one of the victims opened the home's side door after he heard a knock. The three armed suspects quickly entered the residence, demanding money.

In other crime reports:

Bayham Drive. The victim had just made a pizza delivery in the 10000 block in Bon Air Estates at 8:02 p.m. on Nov. 30 when three subjects approached. The victim quickly got in his vehicle and locked the doors as the suspects, one armed with a handgun, attempted to enter his vehicle. The victim stepped on the gas and drove off.

Beulah Elementary School. Someone set fire to a picnic table at the school around 3:15 p.m. on Dec. 2.

Breckenridge Shopping Center. The suspect entered the UPS store at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 27, displaying a handgun. He demanded the money in the register and the safe and took a wallet from one of the clerks. He left the employees in a bathroom as he exited through the back door.

Deer Run Shopping Center. The victim was unloading her grocery cart at 11 p.m. when the suspect ran up and stole her purse from the cart.

Grand Oaks. Three residences in the development had their front doors kicked in during the day on Nov. 27, and items were taken including money. The homes were in the 12200 block of Oak Bluff Trail and 5100 block of Grand Oaks Forest.

Mahogany Drive. On Nov. 29, two unlocked Honda Civics were reported stolen from the 9100 block in the Woods at Summerford.

Manchester High School. A bomb threat was found in a bathroom on the morning of Nov. 29, but no bomb was found.

Meadwood Circle. The suspect(s) entered the vacant rental residence in the 5900 block last month and vandalized the interior.

Midlothian Turnpike. At 3:20 a.m. on Dec.2, two vehicles at Triangle Rent-A-Car in the 9400 block were found completely burned and a third had a smashed window and evidence of a burn in the rear seat.

River Road Terrace Apartments. The victim was walking to a nearby Food Lion at 9:10 p.m. on Nov. 27 when the suspect approached. Armed with a box cutter, he demanded money from the victim. The victim tried to take the weapon away from the suspect, but was cut on the hand. When the suspect ran off, he cut the victim twice on the arm as he left.

Ruffin Mill Road. A firearm was stolen from a grey Ford Focus parked in the 1800 block during the day on Nov. 28.
