Victim wants apologies, expenses By Greg Pearson STAFF WRITER

A $7,357,000 lawsuit filed against former Supervisor Ed Barber and his wife, Terry, could be dropped if they issue "sincere apologies" and pay certain expenses to the victim. That's according to Culpeper attorney J. Michael Sharman who is representing the victim, Terry Barber's teenage daughter, who Ed Barber last year admitted to sexually abusing. More...

Burglary suspect arrested
County police have arrested a man wanted in connection with more than 15 countywide commercial burglaries and two vehicle thefts. Police believe the suspect may be responsible for similar crimes throughout the Richmond metro. More...

Three suspects rob Country Place residents
Chesterfield police are looking for three black males who forced their way into a residence in the 1900 block of Millsap Lane in the Country Place subdivision on Nov. 30 and robbed the residents of alcohol, cigarettes and change.
