New Kroger opens

A new Kroger location will open in Ivymont Square on Midlothian Turnpike on Mar. 1. At 86,776 square feet, the store is the largest Kroger in Virginia. It features a Starbucks, wine cellar, fuel center and drive-thru pharmacy, and carries an extensive selection of organics. The store will employ approximately 150 workers including (from left) Wayne Davis, associate manager, April Hendren, comanager, and Ed Southern, store manager.
