The next Van Gogh?

Katelynn Hood, a fifth-grader from Wells Elementary School, paints a flower on the window of Applebee's on Ironbridge Road. Students practice their artistic skills at the restaurant once a month and receive lunch for free as a reward. The project complements the visual arts Standards of Learning tests.
