Benefit helps the Emily Bowman Fund

The Dance Company Boosters will hold a dance performance benefiting the Emily Bowman Fund on June 16 at 7 p.m. in the Thomas Dale High School auditorium.

Sixteen-year-old Bowman was killed in a car accident on Hull Street Road last month. The fund was established to help her family with medical and funeral costs.

Lite98's Kat Simon will host the event, and Emily's classmates from Thomas Dale's Specialty Center for the Arts and Jessica Morgan's School of Dance will perform. Bowman was a student and dancer in the specialty center dance program.

Tickets cost $10 and will be available at the door. Additional donations are welcome.
