ORDER OF PUBLICATION June 4, 2007 In this proceeding the petitioner seeks to acquire by condemnation easements over a certain parcel of land situated in Chesterfield County, Virginia for the purposes of constructing the Southwest Corridor Water Improvements Project, which is described more particularly in the petition and exhibits attached thereto on file in the office of the clerk of this court, to which reference is hereby made for a full and accurate description thereof; and for the Court or a jury to ascertain just compensation to the owners of any estate or interest in the property to be taken or affected as a result of the taking and use thereof by the petitioner. The petitioner also seeks from the Court a right of entry to enter upon and perform the work prior to the determination of just compensation. For such purposes, the petitioner will apply to the court, sitting at 9500 Courthouse Road, Chesterfield, Virginia 23832, on the 6th day of July, 2007, at 8:30 a.m., or as soon thereaft er as petitioner may be heard, to request the right to begin the work and to set a date for the empanelment of a jury or the Court to ascertain just compensation.
