Rallying for safety

The county recently hosted the 2007 Mobile Command and Communications Vehicle Rally at the fairgrounds, which highlighted the capabilities of local, state and federal mobile command and communications vehicles. Dave Creasy (left), a retired battalion chief with Chesterfield's Fire and EMS Department, and Police Lieutenant Russ Lescault manned the county's Mobile Command Center.
