Celebrate 400 years of Virginia history at county chamber's wine festival In The Spotlight "A Celebration of the Vine," Sat., July 28, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Boulevard Flower Gardens, 2100 Ruffin Mill Rd. The Chesterfield County Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the Chesterfield County Heritage Alliance to commemorate 400 years of Virginia history with this wine festival, part of the Chesterfield 2007 celebration.
