PUBLIC NOTICE Seeking information regarding heirs of Levi D. Horner or other parties with knowledge of the relatives of Levi D. Horner, former owner of real property consisting of 170.74 acres, more or less, located in the Matoaca District, Chesterfield County, Virginia, conveyed out by Levi D. Horner on September 8, 1879 with a reservation of rights to a family cemetery containing approximately nine burial sites on said parcel. The Board of Zoning Appeals of Chesterfield County, on Wednesday, September 5, 2007, beginning at 1:00 p. m., in the Public Meeting Room at the Chesterfield County Administration Building, Chesterfield, Virginia, will consider the following:

07AR0384: In Matoaca Magisterial District, ROY C. AND HELGA E. BRAY request renewal of Special Exception 00AR0242 to park a temporary manufactured home in an Agricultural (A) District. The density of such amendment is approximately 0.4 unit per acre. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for residential use of 2.0 units per acre or less. This property is known as 17400 Duval Road. Tax ID 705-676-8177 (Sheet 14).

07AN0380: In Bermuda Magisterial District, JOSEPH AND KIMBERLY DICE request a Variance to use a parcel of land which fronts on a dedicated but unimproved public road for dwelling purposes in a Residential (R-7) District and amendment of zoning district map. The density of such amendment is approximately 1.70 units per acre. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for regional mixed use. These properties are known as 10606 and 10610 Seminole Avenue. Tax IDs 797- 663-1673 and 2166 (Sheet 26).

08AN0102: In Bermuda Magisterial District, PATRICIA B. CECIL, TRUSTEE/ EXECUTRIX requests a Variance to use a parcel of land which fronts on a dedicated but unimproved public road for dwelling purposes in a Residential (R-7) District and amendment of zoning district map. The density of such amendment is approximately 3.33 units per acre. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for residential use of 1-5 acre lots. This property is known as 17001 Pembroke Street. Tax ID 793-630-4278 (Sheet 41).

08AN0100: In Clover Hill Magisterial District, TRACY DILLARD WILLIAMSON requests a Special Exception to operate a one (1) chair beauty shop from the home in a Residential (R-15) District. The density of such amendment will be controlled by zoning conditions or Ordinance standards. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for residential use of 1.5 acre or less. This property is known as 11920 Meis Lane. Tax ID 740-685-0993 (Sheet 10).

Copies of the above are on file in the Planning Department at the Chesterfield County Community Development Customer Service Building, 9800 Government Center Parkway (1st Floor), Chesterfield, Virginia, for public examination between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. of each regular business day. Detailed information relative to uses permitted and development standards for particular zoning districts can be found in the Chesterfield County Zoning Ordinance which is available in County Libraries, the Planning Department and on the Planning Department Internet site. Additionally, staff 's "Request Analyses and Recommendations" can be accessed through the Internet site approximately one (1) week prior to the public hearing.
