In the Sept. 12 issue we incorrectly reported that the Impact Fee Ordinance Committee is reporting to the Chesterfield Planning Commission. While the committee is keeping the commission informed of its progress and a public hearing on its recommendations is scheduled before the commission next month, the committee was constituted by the Chesterfield Board of Supervisors.
