Rabies vaccination clinic scheduled

In an effort to prevent the spread of rabies, the Chesterfield County Health Department and Chesterfield County Animal Control will hold a rabies vaccination clinic on Sat., Oct. 20, from 1-3 p.m., at the Chesterfield County Fairgrounds Exhibition Building, 10300 Courthouse Rd.

Rabies vaccinations will be available for dogs and cats at a cost of $6 per animal. For safety, cats should be brought to the clinic in pet carriers.
