Students in James River High School's physics classes recently held their annual pumpkin drop, designed to help teach how to calculate mass and impact velocity. Senior Floyd Arthur (black shirt) was one of the students who helped collect data after a fellow classmate dropped a pumpkin from the top of the football bleachers.
