      Dear Editor, Congratulations to the Chesterfield Observer, the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce, the Chesterfield Business Council, the Chesterfield County Council of PTAs and civic associations from Southampton, Oxford and Westview for the exceptional election information provided to voters.
