Community High School hosts Book Fair on Dec. 11

Chesterfield Community High School will host a neighborhood Book Fair at the Barnes & Noble on Commonwealth Centre Parkway on Dec. 11 from 6-9 p.m. Activities will include a performance by the high school's Chorus Club, a student art exhibit, story time provided by high school basketball players and cheerleaders, gift-wrapping and a visit from Midlothian writer Tom DeHaven, author of "It's Superman." At 7 p.m., DeHaven will speak to students about writing and his books.

A percentage of the sales made that night will benefit Community High School's Library Program if you mention the school when making a purchase. The public is invited and encouraged to attend and enjoy the holiday shopping season with Chesterfield Community High School.
