Building dedication

Virginia State University (VSU) dedicated its new $20 million Engineering & Technology Building last week. The three-story structure includes 77,000- square-feet of classroom, laboratory and office space for the mechanical and electronic engineering technology, computer engineering and manufacturing engineering programs. It also features a 125-seat auditorium. Dr. W. Eric Thomas (from left), VSU's presiding provost, Delegate Rosalyn Dance and Deputy County Administrator Pete Stith attended the dedication.
