      June 27 hailed yet another crash on Whitepine Road. At around 9 p.m., crews from the Airport, Dale and Bensley stations along with county police responded to a two vehicle crash at 6600 Whitepine Road at the entrance to Harry G. Daniel Park.

Community Corrections grant
      Chesterfield County will apply for an Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant in the amount of $34,419 for fiscal 2010. The funding is available for community justice programming and is being sought for the Day Reporting Center program provided by Community Corrections Services.
