Man faces prostitution charges An officer on patrol near Ettrick Cemetery on the evening of Aug. 19 noticed a parked vehicle at about 9:30 p.m. Further investigation led to prostitution charges against Alwyn J. Floyd II, 41, of the 16200 block of Glebe Road. Floyd was also charged with trespassing in a cemetery at night and profane swearing and intoxication in connection with this incident. |
