Wanted: Homes for more than 100 Cocker Spaniels

Cocker Spaniel Adoption Show, Sat., Feb. 9, noon-3 p.m., PetSmart, 1276 Car Mia Way. Oldies but Goodies (OBG) Cocker Spaniel Rescue will host a pet adoption show. OBG volunteers will be available to discuss the 100+ dogs currently being fostered by the group and will take adoption applications onsite the day of the show. In recognition of American Heart Month, a health educator from the Chesterfield County Health Department will provide a wide-ranging discussion on heart health. Part of the Get in the Know Series for adults ages 55 and over. Sponsored by the Friends of Chesterfield County Public Library and the Chesterfield County Parks and Recreation Department.
