Chattering Children is a nonprofit organization for hearing-impaired children, located in Richmond and McLean. The group's mission is to empower children with hearing loss through spoken communication. Its goal is for children to learn to listen and talk without the use of sign language, and develop ageappropriate language skills, communicate verbally, attend regular schools and achieve a level of literacy comparable to normal-hearing children.
