Apr. 13-19 is National Crime Victims' Rights Week

National Crime Victims' Rights Week is Apr. 13-19. This year's theme, "Justice for Victims. Justice for All," supports the ideal that justice for all cannot be achieved without justice for innocent victims of crime. Victims' rights are everyone's rights.
