The Board of Zoning Appeals of Chesterfield County, on Wednesday, May 7, 2008, beginning at 1:00 p. m., in the Public Meeting Room at the Chesterfield County Administration Building, Chesterfield, Virginia, will consider the following requests:

 

08AN0205:  In Bermuda Magisterial District, KENNETH H. MUELLER requests a Variance to use a parcel of land which has no public road frontage for dwelling purposes in a Residential (R-7) District and amendment of zoning district map.  The density of such amendment is approximately 0.37 units per acre.  The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for residential use of 2.5 units per acre or less.  This property is known as 2992 Mountclair Road.  Tax ID 796-656-8688.  Access will be across Tax ID 796-656-Part of 6171. 

 

08AN0208:  In Bermuda Magisterial District, WILLIAM AND PAMELA TRENT request a Variance to use a parcel of land which has no public road frontage for dwelling purposes in an Agricultural (A) District and amendment of zoning district map.  The density of such amendment is approximately one (1) unit per acre.  The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for residential use of 2.51 to 4.0 units per acre.  This property is known as 9511 Chester Road.  Tax ID 789-667-9263.  Access will be across Tax ID 789-667-Part of 8647.

 

08AN0210:  In Dale Magisterial District, DAVID M. AND STEPHEN M. STELLS request a Variance to use a parcel of land which has no public road frontage for dwelling purposes in an Agricultural (A) District and amendment of zoning district map.  The density of such amendment is approximately 0.4 unit per acre.  The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for residential use of 1.0 – 2.5 units per acre.  This property is known as 8031 Asia Way.  Tax ID 752-679-6987.  Access will be across Tax ID 752-680-Part of 9281.

 

08AN0211:  In Bermuda Magisterial District, RICHARD C. FORTNEY requests a Variance to use a parcel of land which fronts on a dedicated but unimproved public road for dwelling purposes in a Residential (R-7) District and amendment of zoning district map.  The density of such amendment is approximately two (2) units per acre.  The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for residential use of 2.51 to 4.0 units per acre.  This property is known as 8901 Balland Street.  Tax ID 795-673-8823.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Magnolia Green Development, LLC is requesting
authorization from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to install a permanent intake pipe, and a temporary intake pipe, each with a maximum withdrawal rate of 1,000 gallons per minute, within Blackman Creek, for golf course irrigation at their residential and golf course development in Chesterfield County at 3700 Otterdale Road, Moseley, VA 23120.
