Bailey Bridge band camp

Bailey Bridge Middle School Band Boosters will host a camp this summer open to all rising seventh through 12th-grade county band students. The camp will be held at Manchester High School on July 28-Aug. 8 from 8 a.m.-noon. Cost is $120 per student, and includes a souvenir water bottle and t-shirt.

This is the camp's third year and is a good way for students to sharpen their skills for the next school year. Students will

play about 30 hours over the twoweek camp. Morning breaks will offer summertime activities, including squirt gun battles, kickball and other outside games. There will also be an afternoon of fun at Pocahontas State Park's water park. The end of camp will be marked by a short performance.
