Meet and greet county public safety officers In The Spotlight Public Safety Day, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Eanes-Pittman Public Safety Training Center, 6610 Public Safety Way. The county's Police, Fire and EMS departments, Sheriff's Office and Chesterfield Emergency Communications will host an open house for all county residents and visitors. The public can meet members of the various public safety departments and see emergency equipment used by each. Displays will feature SWAT team members, K-9 units, fire engines, sheriff's department response team members and much more.
