Chesterfield Towne Center celebrates its new facelift

Chesterfield Towne Center celebrated its renovation project along Huguenot Road on Oct. 2-4. The celebration included a flagpole dedication, ribbon cutting and fashion show. The ceremonies also included a performance by the St. Andrews Legion Pipes & Drums (left) as spectators (above) looked on.
