Assessments decline 2% for existing homes
There was a slight decline in the assessed value of existing residential homes last year of 2 percent with 37.1 percent of re-evaluations declining in value, 31.1 percent increasing and the remaining 31.8 percent staying the same. For those property owners who had an increase or decrease in value, they should receive their new assessment in the mail by Feb. 1. More...
