County considers proactive property inspections
Chesterfield County is developing a proactive plan to improve property values by inspecting single-family homes for violations of building codes and less-than-adequate yard maintenance. More than 91,000 households representing communities across Chesterfield County participate in a regional curbside recycling alliance that annually keeps tons of solid waste out of local landfills.
