Teens arrested for racy school photos

Reynolds asked a couple of friends to accompany him to C.C. Wells Elementary School on S. Chester Road on June 20 to model for a photo shoot. As he was snapping away, a police officer performing a routine "keep check" on the school observed the trio - and started making arrests.
