Another dog left in a hot car

A Chesterfield woman has been charged with animal neglect after she left her dog in a hot car. According to police, animal control officers responded to 12200 Chattanooga Plaza on Aug. 9 around 1 p.m. to find a small dog panting inside a vehicle. The dog’s owner, Sonia R. Argueta, of Southford Place, returned to her vehicle about 20 minutes later and was subsequently charged.
