By virtue of the power and authority contained in a Deed of Trust dated April 29, 1994, and recorded in Deed Book 2518, Page 854 in the Clerk’s Office for the Circuit Court for Chesterfield County, VA, securing a loan which was originally $58,300.00. The appointed SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE, Commonwealth Trustees, LLC will offer for sale at public auction at the front steps of the Circuit Court for Chesterfield County located at 9500 Courthouse Road on: June 4, 2015 at 10:30 AM improved real property, with an abbreviated legal description of ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being in Clover Hill District, Chesterfield County, Virginia, and designated as Lot 32, Beacon Hill, Phase I, as shown on plat entitled “Beacon Hill, Phase I”, made by J. All other public charges or assessments, including water/sewer charges, whether incurred prior to or after the sale, and all other costs incident to settlement to be paid by the purchaser.
