The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Plaintiff for delinquent taxes against certain real estate described as follows:

All that certain parcel of land in Bermuda District, Chesterfield County, Virginia, known as Lot 2, Block B, Subdivision Plat of Ranch Acres, and designated as tax map number 788688549300000. standing in the name of Crystal Lynn Baker pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.

An affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used to ascertain the location of Crystal Lynn Baker, whose last known post office address is 2841 Cogbill Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23234; that due diligence has been used to ascertain the names and location of all of the heirs, devisees and successors in title of Cynthia Brooks; and that there are or may be other persons having an interest in the real estate forming the subject matter of this suit whose names and last known post office addresses are unknown, namely, the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title of Cynthia Brooks.

It is ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Chesterfield Observer, and that the parties named herein appear on or before August 23, 2016, at 8:30 a.m. in the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court for the County of Chesterfield, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interest in this suit.
