WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by that certain Deed of Trust dated January 21, 2009, by Otis W. Brown to Peter Yuen Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Freedom Mortgage Corporation, as same appears of record in the Circuit Court of the County of Chesterfield, Virginia, in Deed Book 8661, Page 351, (“Deed of Trust”); and

WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC., the current holder of the Note (Note Holder); and

WHEREAS, the Note Holder appointed the undersigned, Thomas E. Clements, a resident of Henrico County, Virginia, as Substitute Trustee by Substitution of Trustee as same appears of record in the Circuit Court of the County of Chesterfield, Virginia, in Book 11526, Page 0121 and
