The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Plaintiff for delinquent taxes against certain real estate described as follows:

All that parcel of land in Chesterfield County, Virginia, containing 19.00 acres, more or less, known as 7551 Woodpecker Road and designated as tax map number 771635331500000. standing in the names of Norman E. Davis, III, Steven Buchannon Davis, and Casey Scott Davis, pursuant to Section 58.1-3967 of the Code of Virginia.

And an affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used to ascertain the location of Norman E. Davis, III and Casey Scott Davis, each having a last known post office address of 7601 Woodpecker Road, Chesterfield, VA 23838; and that due diligence has been used to ascertain the location of Steven Buchannon Davis, whose last known post office address is 7630 Woodpecker Road, Chesterfield, VA 23838.

It is ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Chesterfield Observer and that the parties named herein appear on or before September 1, 2017, at 8:30 a.m. in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Chesterfield, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit.
