The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for a period of more than one year. An affidavit having been filed that after exercising due diligence, the Plaintiff could not locate the Defendant and the Defendant’s whereabouts cannot be ascertained, it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear on or before the 16th day of January, 2018, and do what is necessary to protect her interest herein.

By virtue of the power and authority contained in a Deed of Trust dated October 16, 2009, and recorded in Deed Book 8899, Page 0129 in the Clerk’s Office for the Circuit Court for Chesterfield County, VA, securing a loan which was originally $253,500.00. The appointed SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE, Commonwealth Trustees, LLC will offer for sale at public auction at the front steps of the Circuit Court for Chesterfield County located at 9500 Courthouse Road on: January 3, 2018 at 10:30 AM improved real property, with an abbreviated legal description of That certain property including the general and limited common elements incident thereto, described as all of House No. 37, containing 1,395 square feet, in Briarwood Hearth Phase 1, situated in Chesterfield County, Virginia, as defined and described in the Master Deed dated February 25, 1974, and on the plat thereto attached entitled “Plat Showing Four Parcels of Land on the West Side of Huguenot Road”, dated March 8, 1974, said plat being prepared by J.K.
