The appointed SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE, Commonwealth Trustees, LLC will offer for sale at public auction at the front steps of the Circuit Court for Chesterfield County located at 9500 Courthouse Road on: January 8, 2018 at 10:30 AM improved real property, with an abbreviated legal description of All that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of Chesterfield, State of Virginia, and designated as; Lot 5, Section 30, Subdivision Birkdale, Plat recorded in Plat Book 90, page 77 among the Land Records of the County of Chesterfield, State of Virginia, Tax ID# 724 666 434 100 000, and as more fully described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust. ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for a period of more than one year. An affidavit having been filed that after exercising due diligence, the Plaintiff could not locate the Defendant and the Defendant’s whereabouts cannot be ascertained, it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear on or before the 16th day of January, 2018, and do what is necessary to protect her interest herein.
