ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this cause is to effect the removal of the remains of the individual, August J. Halbleib (hereinafter “Father Halbleib”), who is buried in an abandoned gravesite located on a parcel of land owned by Amberleigh, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (hereinafter “Amberleigh”), the remains in question appear to be located in Chesterfield County, Virginia, on a parcel of land containing 9.163 acres, more or less, being a portion of Tax Map Parcel 751687688300000 (the “Amberleigh Property”), as shown on a plat by Balzer & Associates, Certified Land Surveyors, dated May 9, 2007, recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, Chesterfield County, Virginia in Plat Book 178, page 56, a copy of which plat is attached to the Complaint filed in this cause; and the gravesite appears to have been abandoned and neglected; the purpose of this cause is to reinter said remains with due care and decency and in another, more suitable repository acceptable to this Court, and it has been alleged in the Complaint filed herein that there are or may be persons whose names are unknown interested in the subject matter of this cause or who may be a descendant of Father Halbleib, who are made parties defendant hereto by the general description of ‘’Parties Unknown”; and under the circumstances being appropriate to do so, it is accordingly ORDERED that the defendants listed in the Complaint be made defendants herein by the general description of “Parties Unknown”, and that said parties do appear on or before February 2, 2018 at 8:30 o’clock a.m. in this Court and do whatever they deem necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
