The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Plaintiff for delinquent taxes against certain real estate described as follows:

All that certain parcel of land in Chesterfield County, Virginia, containing 4.72 acres, more or less, known as 13441 Bradley Bridge Road, and designated as tax map number 778646724800000.

Standing in the name of Sam Jones pursuant to Section 58.1-3967 of the Code of Virginia.

And an Affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used to determine whether Mildred M. Branch is living, or if deceased, to ascertain the names and location of all her heirs, devisees and successors in title; and that there are or may be other persons having an interest in the real estate forming the subject matter of this suit whose names and last post office addresses are unknown, namely, the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title of Mildred M. Branch

It is ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Chesterfield Observer, and that the parties named herein appear on or before Thursday, March 15, 2018, at 8:30 a.m. in the Clerks’s Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Chesterfield, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit.
