Thanks to generous donations from local organizations and community members, Ronnie Alley, a student with Autism spectrum disorder at A.M. Davis Elementary School, has received a Project Lifesaver transmitter bracelet. Ronnie, who is in Elizabeth Ragland’s Early Childhood Special Education class, is currently considered nonverbal and is working to develop some communication with a picture communication system. The equipment, available from Chesterfield County Police Department for a one-time fee of $360, can help track Ronnie should he run off or become separated from family. 12p2.jpg
