Since 1995, the Chesterfield Observer has been delivering the news that’s important to you – every week. A few years ago, the Observer changed its delivery system, moving away from the U.S. Postal Service to a private delivery company.

We are currently offering Chesterfield Observer Delivery Boxes for a one-time fee of $24.95* (includes installation, see details below) to residents in Salisbury who live in the following neighborhoods:

Castleford

Galloway

Michaux (sections A, B, C and D)

Salisbury West

Heathland (sections 1, 2)

Hatfield (sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5)

Litenfield (section A)

Winterfield

Lakeside (parts of)

Lakeview (parts of)

Barrow Place

Marlborough Downes (parts of)

Mount Hill

Silbury Hill

Hillcrest

Lake Henry (parts of)

State sales tax (5.3 percent): $1.26

If you’re not in one of the neighborhoods above, you can still receive the paper by mail by ordering a subscription.
